President of Asia Institute of Technology (AIT) visits Thammasat University

On 19 September 2018 - Assoc. Prof. Gasinee Witoonchart, Rector, and Prof. Dr. Siriwan Suebnukarn, Vice Rector for Research and Innovation met with Dr. Eden Woon, the new President of AIT, Thailand. Both sides discussed potential collaboration in the areas of Medicine, Management and Engineering, as well as joint degree and dual program between the two universities.

Delegation from National Institute of Technology

On 6 September 2018, Assoc. Prof. Gasinee Witoonchart, Rector and Asst. Prof. Dr. Prinya Thaewanarumitkul, Vice Rector for Sustainability and Administration (Rangsit Center) and faculty member from the Faculty of Engineering met with Dr. Kenji Higashida, Executive Director on International Affairs of NIT (KOSEN), President of NIT Sasebo College, and a delegate from NIT, to discuss KOSEN education system which is 5 year engineering study. Thammasat University agreed to co-host the International Seminar on Technology for Sustainability (ISTS) in 2019.
