On 18 July 2025, Thammasat University officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Daio Kaiun Recruit Co., Ltd, Japan, during a ceremony held on Thammasat’s Rangsit campus. The agreement was signed by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Supreedee Rittironk, Vice Rector for International Affairs, and Mr. Seiki Ozaki, Representative Director at Daio Kaiun Recruit.
The two sides have entered into the agreement to provide online Japanese language courses, internships and job openings at Japanese companies, as well as the organization of job fairs and professional seminars.
Following the signing, the two university leaders co-chaired a bilateral meeting of follow-up discussions and to update the proposal timeline. Representing Thammasat University in the discussions were Associate and Assistant Deans from the Faculties of Science and Technology and Engineering. Joining Mr. Seiki Ozaki was Ms. De Jesus Charlene Aika from Daio Kaiun Recruit’s Talent Acquisition Department.
This ceremony marks the initial step toward fostering long-standing cooperation between the two parties and to enhance students’ competencies, enabling them to graduate with strong knowledge and the ability to expand their future career opportunities in Japan.
