On 6 November 2024, representatives from Thammasat University’s Office of International Affairs (OIA) at Tha Prachan Campus met with Ms. Zhang Shuang, Program Manager for the Fudan University International Summer Session (FISS) from Fudan University, China. Ms. Zhang was welcomed by Miss Surussawadee Artnonla, OIA Director, along with Dr. Brian Patrick Kennedy of the International Affairs Committee and faculty from the Faculty of Economics.
The meeting aimed to strengthen cooperation between the two universities through faculty exchanges and collaborative research initiatives. Additionally, the discussion included special arrangements for promoting the Fudan International Summer Program to Thammasat students, including a discounted rate exclusively for Thammasat participants.
Following the meeting, the OIA hosted an information session about the Fudan International Summer Program, led by Ms. Zhang. Nearly 20 students from the Chinese Studies program at Pridi Banomyong International College attended, gaining valuable insights into studying at Fudan University.
