On 27 March 2025, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Supreedee Rittironk, Vice Rector for International Affairs, together with the OIA coordinator for Asia, welcomed Prof. Chi-Chung Chou, Vice President for International Affairs at National Chung Hsing University (NCHU), Taiwan, during a visit to Thammasat’s Tha Prachan campus.
During the meeting, Prof. Chou provided an overview of NCHU’s diverse academic programs, covering disciplines such as Humanities and Social Sciences, Science and Engineering, Agricultural and Biological Sciences, Languages, and Management. He also highlighted several promising initiatives, including the New Southbound Policy Elite Study Program, the International Internship Pilot Program (IIPP), and scholarship opportunities for graduate students in key fields such as Semiconductors, Civil Engineering, and the Advanced Electronics Hiring Program.
To deepen academic ties, both universities agreed to collaborate at the university-level as well as expanding link–ups at the faculty-level.
